We viewed a house with Richard some time ago (2021!) and I had always intended to leave this review. Richard was courteous, professional and took great pride in showing his clients home and getting to know us as buyers. This was a pretty unique experience given the height of the market, where every property had buyers lined up even before it was listed. We didn't buy that house but that experience as a buyer was a standout.
