I have had a great experience with Lawlors following the recent sale of my property and purchase of my new property. The team as a whole provided excellent customer service throughout the process from start to end. However, I would like to place on record and acknowledge my special thanks to Mr Steve Gabbani who I would say went above and beyond to help my husband and I through the process and a journey that was far from easy. We viewed a couple of properties through Lawlors and fell in love with one (the one we eventually purchased), our offer was accepted subject to our house being put on sale and at that point, Steve came to our rescue, visited my property, valued it, gave me advice and put the house on the market. I had many other estate agents visit my property but the comfort, transparency and experience that Steve demonstrated, made us go ahead with Lawlors. Our property got sold instantly at a price we were very pleased with and I think this was down to the way the property was advertised and how potential buyers were vetted prior to viewings. Throughout the process, Steve kept us up to date with the progress etc with both the sale of my property and the purchase of the new property. There were many challenges we had to face as we were part of a chain, to a point where the buyers for our property had to pull out at the at the last minute due to the delay it took for the vendor of the property I wanted in finding somewhere, however Steve arranged for the property to go back onto the market within a week or so and then managed to secure another sale without no hassle at all, this again demonstrated his years of experience and knowledge in this field. We have finally moved into our new home and all I can say that is was all made possible because of Steve! He supported us throughout everything giving us the reassurance and support we so needed. He took great pride in understanding our motivation for selling and buying and familiarised himself with what we wanted as a family, every interaction I had with Steve was pleasant, professional, reassuring and full of dedication, we had so much trust and faith in Steve that is very rare to do these days. Steve went the extra mile for us as a family which resulted in the sale and purchase of my properties, I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for us, his knowledge, experience, professionalism and dedication to his work is beyond belief and we believe that we have made a real friend in the industry someone that we would come to in the future and recommend to family and friends. After being relocated for work, I needed my property to be fully managed with a company that wouldn't add to any stress, and Anna at Lawlors has done just that. Throughout this process she's been incredibly attentive, personable and reachable. I genuinely could not recommend her, and by extension, Lawlors, enough. Within 1 week of the property being advertised on Lawlors website, there were circa 10 viewings, which later translated into 6 or so offers. After picking the desired tenants, Anna worked tirelessly to ensure all necessary checks were done, and passed minimal burden onto myself as the landlord; exactly what one would desire in a managed service!

Both of them are of the highest professional conduct, who were always there for support, advise and feedback whenever needed.
